15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We provide a 15-day window from the date of purchase for you to evaluate your artwork in your chosen setting. If, within this period, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund of the artwork's purchase price.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at info@acuarela.shop within the 15-day period. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary information.
Return Shipping: If you decide to return the artwork, you will be responsible for the safe return shipping and packaging. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, with all accompanying materials, including certificates of authenticity and any documentation provided.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm its condition, we will process the refund for the artwork's purchase price. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exclusions: Custom-commissioned artworks, special orders, and artworks that have been altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Packaging and Handling Fees: In the event of a return, packaging and handling fees associated with the initial purchase will not be refunded.
